Enjoy FREE shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100.00.

Orders for less than $100.00 will incur a $6.00 shipping fee for urban addresses or $11 for rural zones. Please choose manually the shipping option at check out, based on your address.

Please provide a physical address for shipping as the courier company cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from the courier company. Delivery to an urban address will have tracking details. In the event that you have queries or issues regarding the delivery of your order, please contact the delivery company in the first instance. 

We aim to fulfil orders within 3 working days, with delivery timeframes being between 3-5 working days from the date of fulfilment of your order. Please note that this delivery timeframe is a guideline only and is subject to change.
