Return & Refund
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning that you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may request to return or exchange your item by contacting us at info@herbalfusion.co.nz. We will then send you instructions as to how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damage or issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can provide you with a remedy.
Refunds
Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Consumer Guarantees Act (“the Act”) which cannot be excluded. If your item does not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Act.
In the event that you qualify for a refund, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Any refund will exclude shipping costs (if applicable) and the cost incurred in returning the item to us.
